The End User License Agreement is a legally binding contract between MailDivert Tools and its customers. All software solutions offered by MailDivert Tools are sold through our online shareware marketplace. Each product includes a free trial "DEMO" edition, which provides a limited version of the licensed software. Definitions

Registered Software: The licensed product sold by MailDivert Tools.
Unregistered Software: The free trial edition of the software, which does not require registration.
Registered Users: The purchasers or holders of the licensed software edition.
Registration Details: The registered name, email address, and registration key of the purchaser, provided by MailDivert Tools upon the purchase of the software.

Terms of License

This License Agreement grants users the following rights:

Install and use the trial/demo edition of the software on multiple computers for evaluation purposes.
Distribute the software for free on bulletin boards, online services, and other electronic media, as long as the software remains in its original form and without modification. Registration keys and notices must not be distributed in any form. Commercial distribution or sharing for monetary gain, whether in physical or virtual form, is strictly prohibited.
Registered users receive a non-transferable, exclusive license to use the software on one or more computers, depending on the number of licenses purchased. The registered user must ensure that the number of users does not exceed the number of licenses issued.

Registered Users are Abstained from:

Copying, modifying, decompiling, disassembling, or reverse-engineering the software, unless explicitly permitted in the agreement.
Leasing, renting, or reselling the software, either in whole or in part.
Transferring the software or granting access to any other party, either in whole or in part.
Sharing or disclosing registration details without obtaining prior approval from MailDivert Tools.

Warranty Limitations

The software and all associated materials are provided "As Is." MailDivert Tools makes no express or implied warranties regarding the software. We are not responsible for any damage, data loss, or business interruptions that may occur while using or misusing the software.
